Client: Prince George's County Government OCS Project Description: The project work includes complete gut/rehabilitation of existing building with the addition of a three-story atrium. Interior highlights include a new three-stop elevator in the atrium section and glazed curtain wall along the front of the atrium. The site work highlights an extensive use of brick payers in combination with several retaining walls and an adition of elevated walkway along the front of the structure.
