HRGM performed earthwork & site utilities for this 7.5 acre school, including rainwater harvesting systems, bioretention, contaminated soil removal, water main replacement. We also provided turnkey construction of a 90,000 SF artificial turf field.
HRGM performed earthwork & site utilities for this 4.5 acre school. Utilities scope required careful integration above a Metrorail substation and tunnels. Project earned ENR MidAtlantic Award of Merit; HRGM was recognized as a key subcontractor.
HRGM performed earthwork & site utilities for this highly constrained historic elementary school. Our work included mass excavation, rainwater harvesting cisterns, and extensive public space utility work.
HRGM provided turnkey construction of a 60,000 SF artificial turf field, 18,000 SF of playgrounds, and an outdoor classroom on this historic site. Work required extensive archeological coordination, undercut, geogrid, and contaminated soil removal. HRGM was awarded a Washington Building Congress Craftsmanship Award for this project.
HRGM provided turnkey construction of a 50,000 SF artificial turf field and associated stormwater detention system. Work required bridging over a high groundwater table to achieve necessary compaction and infiltration for the field.
