Public agencies often hire us to perform these projects on a design-build basis. At the start of a project, we always assess the regulatory environment for stormwater management, which can be an important concern for exterior amenity spaces in particular. During construction, HRGM supervises the work and self-performs key trades with our in-house crews. This allows us to better control the quality and sequence the work in the most efficient manner for the client and the site.
